• Paintings in the ‘Silhouette Art’ Collection are automatically painted on a nylon canvas and are un-mounted. However, when ordering, the Customer has the option to stipulate cotton canvas be used and the wooden mount/frame be retained. Given the extra costs involved in purchasing the cotton canvas & wooden mount, sealing this more absorbent material and the increased physical size/dimensions of mounted paintings, to order these materials and ship accordingly, additional fees will apply.

• All images seen in the My GallerAsia brochure/Web-site or any publication connected to My GallerAsia, have been composed/printed with the best photographic/manipulation software available to it. Any claims for compensation regarding differences compared to images printed/on-line, will not be accepted.

• With most of the products available, Customer’s have the choice to stipulate variations to the colours, sizes and, in some cases, the materials used. These are hand-made items and mostly made to order, so within practical limitations, My GallerAsia can ‘create’ precisely what you envisage. Just forward your thoughts and/or design and you’ll be advised of the options available.

• Availability of items is subject to physical limitations. Though all publicized products can be obtained through My GallerAsia, the practice of walking into a shop and buying from an unknown vendor will not be exercised. In many cases the items will need to be ‘made to order’. Certainly, larger orders and/or mixed orders will experience a minimum delay in dispatching, due to manufacturing and locations thereof.

• It is My GallerAsia’s intention to physically undertake the quality control inspection of each and every item purchased (pre-dispatch). Therefore, minimum delays may occur prior to the dispatch of orders.

• All lighting and lighting accessories will be dispatched without any electrical wiring and/or fittings. This is due to each country’s ‘Law/Standards Control’ relating to electrical items. My GallerAsia does not wish to take any responsibility for ‘Law/Standards Control’ infringement, nor liability for any injury caused by electricity. All items will be in the state described above, though poised for easy installation of electrical wiring and/or fittings.

• Quarantine and fumigation procedures for large organic material/furniture, will be the responsibility of the logistics/shipping company and should not experience any further delay to the ‘shipping’ duration quoted. However, in the unlikely event of any dispute regarding quarantining and fumigation, this could involve rejection of the item, by the Authorities, and would therefore be returned to My GallerAsia’s associate. No responsibility lies with the Customer. This unlikely happening would be dealt with swiftly, the problem resolved and re-shipment of the consignment undertaken post haste.

• This brochure/Web-site and any other publications connected to advertising My GallerAsia, does not contain product prices or postage costs, due to the vast product range, preferred shipping method of the Customer and the unknown quantities required by each potential Customer. Product prices, postage costs and any other required information relating to My GallerAsia and its product range will be forwarded to all interested individuals, by email, on request only.
